Implementation Period Has Begun
The results of the application evaluations for the Kayist Grant Program were announced in December 2023 and was followed by a signing period with eligible beneficiary companies throughout January 2024. With the signing process completed as of April, a total of 591 grant agreements were signed, marking the commencement of the program's implementation phase.
The start of implementation period also kicked off preparations for monitoring visits within the program's scope. With the "Monitoring and Evaluation Service Agreement" signed On April 1, 2024, each grant beneficiary company across all 24 provinces included in programme will be visited one by one.
These monitoring visits, scheduled at regular intervals throughout the program calendar, aim to oversee the grant application process, provide assistance with any implementation challenges, and offer technical support on project implementation procedures.

Sub-Grant Signing Process Has Begun
We thank all the applicants for their interest in the Formal Employment Creation Project Grant Program – Kayist, which is funded by the EU’s “Facility for Refugees in Türkiye Program (FRIT II)” and implemented by Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye (TKYB) under the administration of the World Bank.
More than 1100 applications were received during the application process, which ended on March 14, 2022. Upon completion of the evaluation process, results were announced to the successful and unsuccessful firms through the communication channels registered on the Kayist Platform.
Successful firms, which have submitted all their required documents, are invited by appointment to TKYB Head Office to sign their grant contracts.
The contract signing process is expected to continue throughout February.
We congratulate all successful firms that are awarded with the grant once again and wish them a successful implementation period.
